How long does it take to lift a house?
Generally house lifting can take anywhere from one week to several weeks. Each house presents its own set of challenges and issues; this is why we are happy to come and see your house and spend the time helping you understand the issues surrounding the lifting of your house.
Can I live in the house when it is being lifted?
No. It is not advisable to be in your home during the raising process.
Does lifting a building or house reduce its integrity?
When done right, the integrity of your house or building should not be affected.
I am located in a flood zone. Can I benefit from your services?
Absolutely. We have many clients who love their homes or buildings but are constantly flooded by local streams and rivers. By raising the structure of your home or building, you can maintain your property and not worry about the weather forecast.
Will the the value of my home change if I raise it?
In most cases, the value of a home (especially if located in a flood area) will increase after being raised
Do you need protection against flooding?
If you live in an area that is prone to flooding, raising your home to add in a new foundation or crawl space can mitigate the effects of property damage caused by flooding.
